I have worked with Kristen Wilson at Network Mortgage for both my original home loan four years ago and, most recently, my loan refinance. During both transactions, Kristen was on top of everything — keeping me looped in to what was happening, what the next steps were, etc.
Communication is key for someone who only experiences this a few times in their lifetime, so it is important to work with someone who cares and communicates well and treats your loan application like it is her own.
During my recent loan refinance, Kristen was very careful in selecting the funding date due to upcoming payments for my homeowners insurance and property tax payments that were to be paid out of my current impound account. She wanted to make sure that those payments were made from my existing loan prior to funding the new loan in order to keep the required cash for the refi to the lowest amount possible.
