Our people

Local application process

Unlike many banks, we handle all loan applications locally, right here in our Chico office. We don’t use “application takers” or out-of-town “loan processors” to deal with your mortgage. From start to finish, your loan is in our hands. And you can call us at any time to find out the status of your application.

Four simple steps

Wide range of loan services and programs

Different from banks or credit unions we have access to dozens of loan programs offered by industry-leading lenders. This gives us the ability to help find the best loan for your situation. Most traditional financial instituions offer only a limited number of in-house mortgage options.

Our services

Competitive interest rates

We work with dozens of different lenders to find the best loan for your circumstances. Because of this access to such a wide variety of loan products, it’s unlikely that you’d be able to find a better rate elsewhere. Remember, a bank only offers their own products, but we can offer solutions from a lot of different lenders.

Understanding mortgage rates

And once again, a home run. It’s so nice to have the pros on my home team. Thank you so much Darin and Kristen for your always-gracious and proactive assistance to make things happen. I couldn’t have done it without you and Network Mortgage.
