01 Preapproval

We review your finances, then provide you with a prequalification letter to present with your offer to the seller.

02 Shopping

You find a home, negotiate a price, and sign a purchase agreement. We can even help you find a real estate agent.

03 Application

We gather the required documents to complete your application. Then we’ll process your mortgage in our Chico, California office.

04 Closing

After the underwriter gives final mortgage approval, you sign your loan documents and move in to your new home.

From start to finish, your loan is in our hands. And you can call us at any time to find out the status of your application.
